Tim joined Slate in 2021 and is responsible for Slate’s US debt business.

Tim has 30 years of experience commercial real estate finance. Prior to joining Slate, Tim was the Head of Commercial Real Estate at Annaly Capital Management with oversight of a $3B US portfolio of equity, loans and securities. Tim was previously a Managing Director for Morgan Stanley in New York, as well as for Goldman Sachs in both New York and London. 

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University
